HORIZON Tunnel Doors
We designed the new tunnel door system from the ground up looking into every detail to give the customer the best product and the easiest assembly on the market. Available in door sizes of 36” or 42” heights and built to any length the system can fit any sized building opening. Custom engineered designs to maximize the actuator capabilities, along with years of experience with rack and pinion applications make this system uniquely suited for the tough conditions of the layer market. Foam doors with molded fiberglass exterior are the perfect material for this application to give the system many advantages like best r-value, best rigidity to weight ratio, and eliminates water leaks. The door material is designed to keep light out when closed. To keep the building tight there is one inch seal around the doors which provide a tight seal when the door closed is not in use.
